Assistant Marketing Communication Manager

POSITION:                  Assistant Marketing Communication Manager
LOCATION:                 Empire Tower, Sathorn and Punn Tower, Klong Toei, Bangkok
JOB TYPE:                   Permanent
SALARY RANGE:          60,000 - 70,000 THB (Depend on experience)
BENEFIT:                      as agreed with the company

Responsibilities:

  • Brand management
  • Manage Brand & Communications activities aligned with RHQ direction.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (PM, Sales, agencies) to support the achievement of targets.
  • Manage Brand & Communications activities within agreed budget.
  • Use analysis of competitor activities to inform strategy and direction.
  • Create regular reporting cadence.
  • PR
  • Adopt regional PR direction and campaign.
  • Localize PR news and materials.
  • Support regional PR activity as requested.
  • Strategic planning PR messages thru PR tools including Press release, News, Article, Advertorial, Editor pitch by considering regional and local communication plan, product plan.
  • Manage media complementary to strengthen relationship.
  • Manage CSR activities.
  • Digital marketing management
  • Align country digital marketing activities with RHQ.
  • Supervise digital marketing team to optimize and manage digital channels, including social media platforms, to enhance brand awareness.
  • Create innovative digital marketing campaigns to engage target customer segments.
  • Activation & storefront
  • Align communication campaign and materials to marketing activities.
  • Assure potential leads collection support for event.
  • Assure Brand and product visibility thru shopfront decoration.
  • Check-up marketing collaterals are displayed in-store follow from guideline.
  • Ensure good brand image and brand visibility to consumer.
  • Sponsorship & Partnership project
  • Support sponsorship activation       
  • Monitor activation and execution of sponsorship activities or deliverables 
  • IDC Management
  • Planning and manage communication in IDC.
  • Assure communication harmonization among RHQ – ETH – IDC.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Event Management, business administration or relevant field
  • At least 1 year in event marketing or content creation experience.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in supervisor or assistant manager level
  • Work well with internal Department to good coordination and operation.
  • Taking fast and solve problem and find new solution or new ways to prevent the same problem that is will come back again in the future.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Readiness to working on weekend and able to travel in upcountry
  • Flexible in working hours when required
  • PC literate in Microsoft Office
  • Good communicate in English.
