HR Generalist 6-Months Contract (Renewable)

POSITION:                 HR Generalist 1-year contract (Renewable)
LOCATION:                 Amata City, Chonburi
Job Type:                   6-Months Contract (Renewable)
Salary range:              Up to 50,000 THB
Benefit:                       Social Security Fund, Group Insurance, Vacation Leave etc.

Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition

  • Work with talent acquisition team to onboard new hire including preparation working tools, announcement, onboarding program preparation, induction program arrangement
Employee Relation
  • Be the first point of contact for employees for all matters related to employee life experience i.e., resignation, grievance, support needed, etc.
  • Support HRBP to drive engagement survey participation and translate result into action
  • Work with welfare committee to ensure proper agenda is discussed and follow up on action from the meeting
  • Deploy initiatives to enhance health and wellbeing of employees in the site
Reporting
  • Prepare HR-related report including headcount, turnover, etc.
  • Collect necessary employee data i.e., exit interview, pulse survey, etc. to make data-driven information
  • Analyse the dataset and recommend action plan to solve HR-related issues
HR Operations
  • Work closely with HRBO and HR Operations team to support on employee communication and other operations activities

 Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • More than 3 years’ experience in HR generalist or involvement in more than 1 HR function i.e., recruitment, employee relations, talent acquisition, rewards, etc.
  • Appear approachable and able to talk to employees at different level
  • Experience working in a factory and direct contact with blue collar employees is a plus
  • Able to work in Amata City, Chonburi province
  • Good command of English
