POSITION:                  Customer Service
LOCATION:                  Panjathani Tower Building (Opposite Central Rama 3)
JOB TYPE:                   Permanent
SALARY RANGE:          30,000 - 32,000 THB (Depend on experience)
BENEFIT:                      Group Insurance, Bonus variable, provident fund
Responsibilities:

• Operate in business process; Sales order/Delivery/Issue Invoice/Credit Debit Note etc. into company system
• To coordinate with customer and sales executive in order to receive purchase orders and issue invoice accurately
• To interface with the customer and sales executive/business development in order to provide information as required
• To make a daily/monthly sales report and update to sales executive
• To handle and resolve complaints by liaison with the customer or transfer to relevant person

Qualifications:

• 25 – 35 years
• Graduated with a bachelor's degree Related fields
• Experience working in Customer Service for 2 - 3 years or more.
• Can use excel (pivot VLOOKUP), power point, word well.
• English: able to read and write and reply to email.
• Have experience in agricultural chemistry, special consideration will be given.
