Associate Payroll Consultant (Welcome New Graduated)

• Responsible for delivery HR service and consultancy to clients as agreed (SLA)
• Manage all HR-related matters of associates such as Hiring process, orientation package, compensation and benefits, payroll and other administrative
• Maintain and develop good relationship with existing clients as well as contact prospect clients to expand businesses to achieve team target.
• As an HR Consultant, being a focal contact point in dealing with clients and associates
• Manage administrative staff under responsibility to support in all payrolls.
• Building relationships with clients.
• Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do and their work culture and environment.
• Advertising vacancies appropriately by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media (e.g., newspapers, websites, magazines).

• Bachelor degree or higher in any related fields
• At least 0-1 years’ experience in HRM function Recruit and Payroll in an organization
• Good in English communication skills
• Be able to handle multi-tasks with service mind and good attitude
• With experiences in recruitment/outsourcing agency is an advantage.
• Computer literacy (MS office suite, outlook)
