POSITION: High Speed Hardware Design Engineer
LOCATION: Mueang, Buriram
JOB TYPE: Permanent
SALARY RANGE: 50,000-70,000 THB (Depend on experience)

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the design, development, and delivery of reliable and robust, high-speed hardware designs for instrumentation products.
- Design, development, and delivery of digital and analogue circuit PCB design with an emphasis on high-speed analogue and digital design.
- Maintenance and updating of the releases for PCBA designs and production files in internal databases.
- Design and development of test jigs and fixtures for PCBA testing and calibration.
- Selection and recommendation of critical and alternative components for new and existing PCBA designs.
- Work as an active member of the Thailand Product Engineering team and the wider Global Product Engineering team. Clear proactive communication, escalating where needed to achieve goals.
- Investigation of product performance issues and defects. Carrying out root cause analysis and identification of corrective actions.
- Stay up to date with high-speed design and design verification techniques and technology trends, bringing in new approaches thereby improving product performance, reliability, time to market and cost
- Modelling of designs with an emphasis on signal integrity.PCB design files, documentation, and bill of materials for PCB assemblies
- Design validation reports
- Provide clear instructions for PCB/PCBA manufacturer
- Provide test documents and recommendations for design qualification and inwards quality testing. Provide comprehensive change lists between design versions.
- Design files, documentation, bill of materials and instructions.In-house prototyping of the jigs and fixtures.
- Communication with manufacturers and assistance in setting up the jigs at manufacturers’ site.
- Clear and effective communication with Purchasing department and suppliers. Identification, qualification, and selection of alternative components suitable for new and existing designs.
- Collaboration with Product Engineering team to deliver outcomes in a timely manner, meeting or exceeding the critical performance criteria associated with the product or project.
- Timely investigation and remediation of product quality issues.
- Keep other team members abreast of new technology trends and updates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree Department of Electronic Engineering
- At least 3 years of experience developing high-speed analog and digital hardware designs. This includes modeling, verification, and validation.
- Communicate well in English and Thai. Confident in English and (both written and spoken)
- Experience with Altium Experience with modeling/signal integrity tools such as ADS Pathwave and Polar 9000.
- Familiarity with issue tracking and source control – Jira, Git, SVN or equivalent.
- Experience or have used Analog circuits (Amplifier, Filters, PWM, ADC, DAC, LVDS, etc)
- Digital circuits (Gate, Flip-Flop, DSP, FPGA,MCU)
- Circuit simulation by Ltspice and Pspice
- PCB design using Altium Designer and Protell99 SE
- FPGA Design and programming with VHDL and Verilog language.
- Able to use software Orcad capture, Pspics, LTspice, Quartus II, Vivado, Altium.
