Customer Service

Currently we are looking for Customer Service person who has a background from multinational firm. Customer Service will perform Take care of after-sales service and repair services to be efficient. Our client is in Manufacturing field base in , Khlong Luang, Pathum Thani province.

POSITION:                   Customer Service
LOCATION:                  Khlong Nung, Khlong Luang District, Pathum Thani
JOB TYPE:                    Permanent
SALARY RANGE:           30,000 - 35,000 THB (Depend on experience)
BENEFIT:                      Group Insurance, Bonus variable 1 months, Housing allowance, Meal allowance, phone allowance, Eligible to all leave required by labor law

Responsibilities:

• Taking care of after sales service and repair services to be efficient
• Implement department policy with annual / quarterly sales targets
• Get information from buyers and brought to the sales team meeting to consider bidding. and conditions to the buyer
• Explore and record information of products that are received for repair. and contact with customers
• Offer prices for repairs to customers
• Accepting foreign customers who come to Thailand
• Comply with regulations and company policy

 Qualifications:

• Graduated with a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
• Have 2 years of experience in the boiler, tank industry
• If you have experience with ISO Tank, it will be an advantage.
• Have a own car and driver's license.
• Have good human relations
• Can communication skills in English
• Have Knowledge of ASME Auto Cad
