Store Manager

Currently we are looking for Store Manager person who has a background from multinational firm. Store Manager will perform Directly responsible for generating sales to meet or exceed the store's goals. Our client is in Manufacturing field base in, Mega Bangna, Samut Prakarn province.

Job Type:                     Permanent
Salary range:                Up to 40,000 THB (As Base Salary)
Benefit:                         Product Support Uniform 25,000 /year, Product Discount 35% ,Medical Expense  5,000/ year  ,New year party , Bonus ,Salary increase, Commission, OT

Responsibilities:

  1. Reach or surpass assigned sales target
  • Become a leader in effectively increasing sales target and benefits through store management and outstanding customer service.
  • Realize trade significance, adapt creativity in making sales results, understand market trends in the surrounding area, analyze customers’ characteristics, buying tendency, and rivalries, including communicate these data to the field’s manager.
  • Understand and improve store’s working results by performing KPI and report analysis, such as conversion rate, UPT, ATV, Sell-Thru, and sale rate.
  • Inspect and monitor overall store expense, such as electricity and stationery, in order to control store’s budget and benefits for maintaining in the maximum level.
  1. Control customer service and sales in accordance with the brand’s standard
  2. Control products’ selling, presentation, decoration, allocation, and store’s onsite operation in accordance with the brand’s standard
  3. Train, maintain, and improve team members for the utmost quality
  • Clearly indicate working direction, provide advice to support and suggest staffs focusing on the brand’s standardized methods of customer service and sales.
  • In charge of overall store management to make sure the performance as set by the headquarter is met and the staffs obtain information about product change and development.
  • Adapt initiative ideas and create promotion-related activities or training as necessary.
  • Clearly indicate working direction, provide advice to support and suggest staffs focusing on the products’ allocation, decoration, promotional activities following the brand’s standardized methods.
  • Ensure that the back-office operation goes well, the store aligns with the regulated policies, working procedures, main capability in operation, main responsibility, and legal standards.
  • Directly in charge of loss prevention and conformation of rules.
  • Manage inventories and shrink goals to match or surpass the target, including inventory count and calculation.
  • Ensure that the maintenance and the process for overall products’ decoration tools are operated as in the regulations and inspect whether the store decoration of products always meet or surpass the requirements.
  • Adapt satisfying ideas of recruitment and rosters.
  • Train and develop talented team members and make sure that the staffs are inspired to work for the store’s future success, and they receive continuous training.
  • Reduce turnover rate by practicing staff maintaining skill, which is one of the necessary skills in building teams with good results. To simplify, the team members should be able to work efficiently under the inspiration-filled atmosphere.
  • Able to perform other tasks as assigned.
  • Prepare and proceed in staffs’ working evaluation accurately and in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree Business Administration or related fields (or 2 years of experience instead of a bachelor's degree)
  • Have 4–6 years of work experience in retail with a focus on customer service (Especially clothes/shoes)
  • Have 2 - 3 years of supervisory experience
  • Have a performance in generating sales beyond the target have the ability to present information to large groups of people and facilitating shop visits
  • Experience in retail operations budgeting, planning, customer service Personnel development and management
  • Extensive experience as a leader in global customer service highest in brand retail stores
  • Availability and flexibility to work at night weekend Public holidays during store opening and closing periods based on business necessity.
  • Good computer skills such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Good skills in presenting reports at meetings
  • Able to communicate effectively in English (both written and spoken)
