Service Engineer - Printer Product

Position:                     Service Engineer - (Printer product)
Location:                    Empire Tower, Sathorn
Job Type:                    Permanent
Salary range:               30,000 – 45,000 THB
Benefit:                        Provident Fund, Variable bonus, Group insurance etc.

Responsibilities:

• Technical support specializes to ASPs (Authorize service partner) and Information Center Team on Business Inkjet printer or copier.
• Advisor for any technical knowledge concerns and continue to be monitoring their technical skill.
• Regular visit ASP / customer to get more knowledge support and get more experience sharing.
• Support spare parts refurbish process for all product concern.
• Regular monitor spare part usage.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree in Electronics or Computer Engineering.
• At least 2 years experiences repair on copier.
• Skillset: Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint Word, PowerPoint) and printing management software.
• Good command of English. (spoken and written)
• Able to travel domestic and travel overseas.
