Assistant Marketing Manager
POSITION: Marketing Assistant Manager, Food Products
LOCATION: Rama, Bangkok
Job Type: Permanent
Salary range: Depends on experience

Responsibilities:
- Planning and execution of all communications and media actions on all channels
- Understands in store environment, contributes to category strategy, defines desired relative price.
- Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies.
- Build the category vision and category plan with action based on thorough analysis of shopper, consumer, competitors, and market data.
- Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates.
- Managing the budget for advertising and promotional items.
- Develop and execute marketing plan to establish and maintain brand awareness.
- Analyze competitive data, consumer segmentation, and consumer insight to develop and improve tactics.
- Seek out new marketing opportunities that fit with the brand by anticipating consumer trends.
- Manage cross-functional teams of the brand and products launch project.
- Create brand message and image that results in increased sales, brand loyalty and improving market share.
- Increase sales at retailer level, targeting the key outlets.
- Responsible to drive brand portfolio to ensure the company differentiation from its competitors’ products.
- Maintain and develop Small domestic appliances portfolio in line with the positioning of our client’s brand standards.
- Manage all topics related with Product-Marketing e.g., product life cycle management,
- Work closely with management level to assure alignment with category management and overall strategy.
- Responsibility for all stages of product life cycle (conception, definition and release of new products, in-life management of existing products including promotion activities, and phase-out of mature products).
- Track product profitability including the development of cost and pricing structure of the product portfolio.
- Market data analyze to fulfill the market with suitable product portfolio.
- Work with sales team related to product planning.
Qualifications:
- Qualified to degree level in Business Administration, Marketing or a related subject.
- 5+ years of experience of product marketing / Trade Marketing experience preferably within an international FMCG Company
- At least 5-10 years of Brand/Category/Trade Marketing background
- FMCG background will be preference
- Strong in communication skills & project management.
- Fluent in spoken & written English
- previous eCommerce / sales analysis experiences preferred
- Good command of spoken / written English.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
