POSITION:                 HSE Coordinator
Job Type:                   Permanent
Location:                     Pakchong, Nakhonratchasima
Salary range:              70,000 THN (Depends on experience)

Key Responsibilities

The safety and training coordinator has the responsibility for the maintenance of relevant information, systems, policies and procedures, which comply with site HSE Management System, in relation to the following:

• HSE Documentation (Site Document Controller Role)
• Systems of Work (SOP’S) administration
• HSE Training
• The safety and training coordinator has responsibilities to develop and maintain HSE training & development systems that supports the business in providing quality products while ensuring compliance to regulations and standards. This will result in compliance with HSE local laws, regulations and standards.

Document Controller

• Manage Hard Copy and Electronic HSE document distribution
• Document control registers are maintained, and information is current in the system.

Corrective Action Responsibilities

• Managing the HSE Corrective Action database to ensure compliance with site based requirements
• Responsible for the maintenance of the Non-conformance Register
• Where audits are conducted by external service providers the document controller is responsible for ensuring non conformances raised through external audits are issued as Corrective action reports through the site database for managing corrective action

HSE Administrative

• Support to organize safety activities and safety behavior programs to enhance associates’ safety culture and awareness.
• Control the stock of safety equipment and personal protective equipment, forecast and control expense under the set budget.
• Provide support for the HSE communication including updating the information on HSE boards, maintenance the safety signs in the workplace, coordination of HSE communication during the shift meeting

Occupational Health/BE WELL and Covid 19 Control

• Manage yearly physical check up for factory and office associates/ Report the result as the Government required
• Educate and set up occupational health programs as needed
• Manage First Aid Room and work closely with the nurse to manage first aid room daily operation, medicines and medical equipment
• Support HSE Manager and P&O BP to manage/execute Be Well Program and Activities/ to improve Be Well Assessment Score
• Support and administer the Site Crisis such as Flooded, Covid 19 etc.. ( manage ATK testing plan/ Quarantine and Segregation process/ Covid 19 Vaccine program for all associates etc..)

HSE Training Coordinator

• Ensure the ongoing development and maintenance of the HSE training need matrix, training plans for the HSE competency and skills requirements for all associates
• Ensuring the annual HSE Training Needs Analysis is conducted at PCH Site
• Overseeing the Training Plans developed as an outcome of the training Needs Analysis
• Ensuring that the training programs are implemented at appropriate intervals in the operating cycle of the business operations
• Ensuring training records are maintained for site based Safety training conducted
• Ensuring the HSE Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) training is conducted as applicable for each role
• Ensuring that all Contractors , and visitors to MARS PCH sites are attended contractor training prior to starting work or visiting
• Ensuring the qualifications and skills of HSE training providers are current and adequate
• Ensuring that participant attendances expectations to training programs are met
• Ensuring that OJT training for HSE occurs.
• Ensure that training system is suitably programmed and recorded when delivery is completed
• Ensure that training for risk assessors occurs and that records are maintained of the training outcomes
• Coordination of the HSE training event and shall ensure HSE trainers are competent
• Ensuring that Records of competency of HSE trainers are maintained 
• Responsible for the establishment and implementation of record keeping requirements for training
• Ensuring the development and maintenance of training records
• Ensuring that the HSE Training Procedure is reviewed as per the annual updates

 Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in safety, health and environmental field, or related area
• Candidates with experience to manage Health and Well Being activities / First Aid Room and Safety Training
• Good command of English communication and presentation
• Prefer candidates with not over 8-10 years working experience
