Area Executive/Area Manager - North Region (Mobile) 

Position:           Area Executive/Area Manager - North Region (Mobile) 
Job Type:         Contract
Location:          North Region 
Salary range:   35K – 40K plus incentive
Benefit:            Social Security Fund, and Group Insurance

Responsibilities:

• Manage FF team in Sub-Region to implement business plan and deliver S/O performance by tracking S/O achievement on daily, weekly & monthly basis, and providing S/O report to related teams (Senior FC, SIS Mgr, Sales) on issues, challenges and improvement plan to achieve target and increase IHS.
• Track and Drive S/O performance of focus models.
• Report cross border, pricing & pre-activate FOTA of sub-region
• Acquire Brand’s share of visibility and ensure compliance of VM standards in responsible sub-region.
• Ensure effective retail execution  (launch readiness, promotion/campaign readiness, distribution and availability).
• Drive team and support hub master to improve coverage and number of active stores.
• Ensure on-time and accurate submission of market movement report.
• Manage, coach and motivate sub-regional FF team to achieve sales targets.
• Track and Drive retail execution of team on product, price, promotion, visibility.
• Partner closely with Senior FC, Sales, Training and Merchandising team to support retail operations and resolve any issues in the sub-region.
• Build and maintain good relationships/partnerships with accounts (retailers/hub masters/sub dealers) and their staff on field (Account Area Managers, Store Manager, FSM)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• Experience 4 -5 years in sales management.
• Be able to use English (speaking, listening and writing)
• Positive thinking, Leadership and be able to work in a fast pace environment
• Communication & Marketing Skills to support team and coordinate with agency
• Organization & Planning Skills, Time Management & Prioritization Skill to ensure Operation is run smoothly and on time
• Be able to drive in responsible area.
• Own car and driving license.
• Knowledge of Associated Computer Software is preferred.
