Responsibilities:
Job description
- Responsible for delivery HR service and consultancy to clients as agreed (SLA)
- Manage all HR-related matters of associates such as Hiring process, orientation package, compensation and benefits, payroll and other administrative
- Maintain and develop good relationship with existing clients as well as contact prospect clients to expand businesses to achieve team target.
- As an HR Consultant, being a focal contact point in dealing with clients and associates
- Manage administrative staff under responsibility to support in all payrolls.
- Building relationships with clients.
- Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do and their work culture and environment.
- Advertising vacancies appropriately by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media (e.g., newspapers, websites, magazines).
Qualification
- Bachelor degree or higher in any related fields
- At least 2 years’ experience in HRM function Recruit and Payroll in an organization
- Good in English communication skills
- Be able to handle multi-tasks with service mind and good attitude
- With experiences in recruitment/outsourcing agency is an advantage.
- Computer literacy (MS office suite, outlook)
