Position:             Assistant shop manager   (SESA)

Job Type:            Contract 

Location:             TG FONE ROBINSON SURIN

Salary range:      25,000 THB + commission (10,000 – 20,000)

Benefit:               Social Security Fund, Group Insuranceand Commissionetc.

Responsibilities:

• Act as SES Assistant to support Shop Manager
• Monitor service standard to provide by shop staff
• Support overall shop operation to drive customer delight and driving good experience
• Develop FSM capability
• Conduct regular Consumer Training
• Perform as a product consultant to introduce product & service information to customers and shop staff

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree with Retail industry experience (2 – 3 years preferable)
• Mobile & IT technology oriented with Senior outlook with good personality
• Experience in managing team
• Strong presentation & communication skill
• English speaking is preferred
