POSITION: HR Assistant (4-month contract)
LOCATION: Phayathai, Bangkok
Job Type: Contract
Salary range: 35,000 – 50,000 THB (Depends on experience)

Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of HR policies, practices, and procedures, and ensure compliance with legislation and/or regulations as regards recruitment
- Sourcing, selecting and arrange Product Advisor interviews
- Reference check for shortlisted applicants.
- Prepare the employment agreements, announcements, new hire documentation for new employees
- Input, update and monitor Product Advisor compensation and benefits
- Input, update, monitor and maintain Thailand employees’ data in HRIS system for accuracy and correctness information
- Maintain employee master file and update regularly.
- Provide orientation sessions for new Product Advisor staff for clear understanding about company benefits
- Prepare employee reimbursement for HR Dept. such as excess medical expenses, marriage gift, funeral expense etc. to all eligible employees.
- Prepare and generate payroll transactions, provident fund, social security fund and other benefit of the company are correctly reflected in the General Ledger
- Responsible for HR operations of employee benefit such as salary certification, submit required reports to social security, P.N.D.1 , provident fund report, insurance, provide cheque to Legal Execution Office
- Ensure that the company comply with the Department of Labor regulations
- Assist P&C Lead to prepare and organize HR activities
- Conduct Exit interviews Product Advisors who submit resignation in order to get the root cause of resign and input the interview information into exit interview file, analyst and propose action plan
- Coordinate with training supplier for training arrangement both in-house and publish class
- Coordinate with activity team and provide support for annual HR activity plan
- Prepare and update headcount, staff movement, salary forecast report
- Coordinate with insurance agency and provident fund manager
- Assist P&C leader in for any HR related projects required
- General Ad hoc Office Admin support for the CM such as Monthly expense report, Meeting arrangement, arrange, co-ordinate both in-house and off-site, prepare documents to get approval from HO and Organize and co-ordinate all travel requirements etc.
- Maintain company agreements filing system
- Liaise on Company corporate travel with our agency
- Support sponsorship events such as payment process, ordering products, coordinate with event organizers
- Work in cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
- Identify and present ideas for process and system improvements
- Work safely and not place at risk the health and safety of other employees, visitors or the public
- Comply with all safety procedures, rules & instructions
- Report workplace hazards, incidents or injuries
- Maintain the work area and amenities in a clean and tidy condition including filing and controlling documents properly
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or any related field
- 3-5 years’ experience in HR functions and strong HR Operations Administration
- Familiar with all local payroll and local legislation requirements
- Can start very quickly/ immediately
- Be able to work independently, so confident enough to work without close supervision
- Experience in liaising with multinational teams representing Thailand information and activities
- Has experience using HRIS (Oracle) is a plus
