Technical Support (New graduates)

POSITION:                  Technical Support (New graduate)
LOCATION:                  Ratchadaphisek, Bangkok
Job Type:                     Permanent
Salary range:                28,000 THB
Benefit:                         Yearly bonus, Social Security, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver the product and project to the clients on site efficiently
• System maintenance, Troubleshooting and Customize Requirement for the clients
• Technical guidance and Testing (UAT) to the clients
• Provide the high-quality service for the clients to meet win-win cooperation
• Customer communications and support

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or above in Engineering, IT, Computer, Telecommunication, or any related field
• Basic operational skill in Linux /Oracle database
• Require SQL Skill
• Chinese would be advantage.
• Can stand work late and work at weekend sometimes when have the urgent case.

Competencies:

• Strong conceptual communication and analytical skills
• Required an excellent both speaking and writing in English language.
• High responsibility, friendly, flexible, and outgoing – person
