Technical Support

POSITION:                  Technical Support (new graduate are welcome)
LOCATION:                  Rama 9, Bangkok
Job Type:                     Permanent
Salary range:                28,000 - 30,000 THB (Depends on experience)
Benefit:                         Yearly bonus, Social Security, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver the product and project to the clients on site efficiently;
• System  maintenance , Troubleshooting and Customize Requirement for the clients;
• Technical guidance and Testing (UAT) to the clients ;
• Provide the high-quality service for the clients to meet win-win cooperation;
• Customer communications and support

Qualifications:

• Bachelor in Computer Science, or any related field;
• Basic operational skill in Linux /Oracle database
• Require SQL Skill
• Strong conceptual, communication and analytical skills;
• Must have excellent written and spoken in English skill.
• Outgoing, friendly, flexible, conscientious and have a sense of responsibility
• Can stand work late and work at weekend sometimes when have the urgent case.
