POSITION: Brand Marketing Coordinator -SEA and India
LOCATION: Jatuchak, Bangkok
Job Type: 1-Year contact

Responsibilities:
- Deliver SEA & India Printed modules 2020 deployment milestones in line with Veritas pillar operating model and budget.
- Partner with Functional Template owners/Analyst/PM/Lead to plan and execute deployment within aligned WoW framework and tools (Agile/Jira).
- Ensure business cross-functional engagement and alignments and own escalations when appropriate.
- Align the unit’s business processes with the global business processes for Veritas.
- Actively participate in all Sprint agile meetings
- Learn about how to deploy Veritas and about Veritas tool in the kick-off trainings
- Partner with the Template owner and Functional Analyst to understand and execute all the deployment activities within the timeline
- Partner with the PM/Lead to develop project plan, aligned with the business stakeholders and within agreed timeline
- Develop change management plan (i.e. communication plan, stakeholder analysis)
- Identify and train all end users
- Deliver key milestones for Printed templates
- Connect with the Line Manager and cross functional stakeholders as required and keeping them updated with the status of the project and escalate the issues
Qualifications:
- Expert level knowledge of the graphics development process.
- Expert level knowledge of Project/Activity management processes
- Overall, 4-6 years of experience
- Fluent in English
- Experience in Veritas tool (web-based software)
