Logistics Customer Service Officer (6-month contract)

POSITION:                 Logistics Customer Service Officer (6-month contract)
LOCATION:                 Bangkok
Job Type:                    Contract
Salary range:               Depends on experience
Benefit:                        Social Security Fund, Group Insurance, Vacation Leave etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Open and maintain customer account in the system
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete report by using the right source of data/tools
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solution and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Operation process
  • Monitor day-to-day order to ensure the system runs smoothly
  • Monitor daily report Inbound, Inventory, Outbound
  • Distributor management – Compliant, communication, KPI management
  • Invoicing & CN/DN execution, validation on invoices from vendors.
  • Shipment clearance
  • Broker management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any related field
  • Experience in Distributor management, Shipment clearance process and Customs Broker management
  • Must be fluent in English communication skills
  • SAP knowledge
