POSITION: Area Sales Manager
LOCATION: Rama 3, Bangkok
Job Type: Permanent
Salary range: 40,000 – 60,000 THB (Depend on experience)

- Responsible, develop and execute company plans for assigned product group to meet company objectives by defining strategies & products management.
- Monitor and evaluate consumer’s needs on consumer goods.
- work closely with sales team and manage team to success target.
- Motivate, coach, guide and evaluate team’s performance by validating the effectiveness of programs on detailing skills, product knowledge and presentation skills so as to recognize positive performance and feedback on areas requiring improvements.
- identifying the way to maintaining the sales revenue in area and create the plan to enhance the sales performance.
- Make a visitation to all stores in the area to understand any issues and identify the way to solve the issues.
- Provide report and concerned matters to superior and concerned parties.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, Economic, Business Administration or related fields
- Male or Female age minimum at 37 years and above
- At least 5 years of experience in head of sales management especially from FMCG
- Comfortable to travel to upcountry
- Strong in people & project management
- Strong in communication skills, presentation skill, good personality and customer focused
- Fluent in Local Language and Good command of English
