POSITION: Project Sales
LOCATION: Ractchadapisel, Huaykwang, BKK
Job Type: Permanent
Salary range: Max. 100,000 THB (Depend on experience)

Responsibilities:
- Drive the sales to achieve the individual sales target.
- Prepare weekly sales reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and activity.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Create the new customer account / project
- Forecast and inventory control for support project on hand
- Counselling or mentoring about product information to all concern parties
- Manage/ monitor sales turnover and gross profit of products by monthly, quarterly, annual comparing to target
- Do from dealing until serve the solution of the project
- Managing overall sales activities as the assigned region in Thailand, focus on achieving sales revenue and market share targets by developing and executing business plans, ensuring effective coverage of assigned region and grow partnerships with key customers & dealer networks
- Analyze sales statistics gathered to determine sales potential and inventory requirements and monitor the preferences of customers
- Monitors category and product performance versus targets at the customer, evaluates the impact of strategic and tactical initiatives, and takes corrective action, as needed, to insure achievement of business goals.
- Direct the Sales team and establish sales targets brand wise, pack wise as per business plan in breaking the same geographically, monthly, weekly & daily targets. Establish coverage, distribution and display objectives to meet sales targets.
- Plan and implement local sales promotion in consultation with marketing.
- Analyze stock movement/availability & developing long term pricing strategy to maximize variable margin through product/ territory/ pack mix decisions.
- Performs other duties as assigned by management /direct supervisor
Qualification:
- Age 30 above
- Male / Female
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
- 5 – 7 years of experiences in Project Sales in any field, security product is a plus
- Have a connection and client based
- Excellent in English
- Ability to handle for all processes in the project
