POSITION: Plant Operation Lead (Intake Process)
LOCATION: Lumpoon
Job Type: Permanent
Salary range: 65,000 – 80,000 (Up to experience)
Benefit: Fix bonus, Group insurance, Five-day work and etc.
Responsibilities:
- Managing work orders for all activities in receiving ear corn such as Dryer until finish shell and clean process to ensure work schedule and product flow are maintained as issue with Plant Operation Manager to maximize utilization of conditioning equipment and labor.
- Working with all Intake Process leaders to ensure all methods, procedures, and practices are followed and result from all conditioning activities have meet all quality in accordance with Quality Plan and all Pioneer quality standards required by ISO9001;2015 and Safety Regulation.
- Monitoring all seed conditioning activity and discuss a quality result with Quality Testing Coordinator and Plant Inspector Leader to find causes of problem as well as recommend correction and prevention then report to Plant Operation Manager.
- Coaching and training conditioning area leaders to be able to maintain or leverage competencies and follow all Procedures and Work Instructions stated in Conditioning Manuals
- Ensure on and off the job safety, health, people respect, and ethics of plant employees are complying and follow internal control guidance and SHE requirements.
- To manage outsource dryer to meet the quality requirement.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 Years in Seed Production and Seed Quality Knowledge or related work are preferable.
- Database knowledge and data analysis
- Computer operating skills in MS Outlook, MS word, MS Access, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
- Good in English (written and communication skills)
- Ability to drive with a driver’s license
