POSITION: Technical Support Engineer
LOCATION: The Nine Tower, Rama 9, BKK
JOB TYPE: Permanent
SALARY RANGE: 23K – 30K (Up to experience)
BENEFIT: Fixed Bonus, Performance Bonus, Provident Fund, Group Insurance
Responsibilities:
- Support local Service Center (Repair Center) for any issues and questions, including hardware and software
- Train Service Center including training materials preparation and maintain
- Manage to have KPIs hit targets set by Headquarter and Country Service Manager
- Co-work with headquarter technicians closely to feedback any repair or quality issues to solve problems
- Monitor and audit Service Center to control repair quality
- Communicate with customers directly to answer customers concerns and questions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Computer, Telecommunication Engineering, or a related subject
- Hands-on experience with laptop repair over 3years (L1/L2)
- Hands-on experience with L3/L4 and ability of electronics circuit problems analysis will be an advantage
- Mobile and other IT repair experience will be an advantage
- Experience in KPI control and be able to manage to hit targets
- Experience in Product Quality control
- Commercial customer support experience will be a high advantage
- Relevant certifications will be an advantage

- Excellent communication abilities and trouble shooting skills
- Exceptional training skill
- Positive and good time-management skills
- Language skill Thai: Native level
English: Read/Write Good, Listen/Speak: Basic
