Financial Planning Specialist (6 months contract)

POSITION:                Financial Planning Specialist (6 months contract)

LOCATION:                Bangna KM 6.5

Job Type:                   6 month contract

Salary range:              max at 50K

Benefit:                       Social Security Fund and etc.

Responsible to prepare reporting and analysis of business results and performance reporting (both financial and operational) in agreed timelines. Mange other Planning activities such as standard costing and annual planning process for business unit. Accountable to review, analyze and report the results of operations, financial indicators. Highlighting areas of concerns, budgeting process and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities dimension as below:

Responsibilities:

  • To prepare ad provide reports in timely and accurately to the business unit and the group of companies
  • To compile a comprehensive list of current report e.g. customer, frequency
  • To improve the overall efficiency in the reporting processes
  • To prepare and provide ad hoc requests to business units
  • To complete annual plan timely and accurately
  • Support review and analyst projects CAPEX
  • Ensure consolidation of information related to budgeting and planning
  • Responsible and involve in the budgeting and forecasting processes
  • To improve annual plan process and presentation pack
  • To ensure update of transfer pricing methodology and basis in annual plan for comparison purposes
  • Ensure optimization of SAP/BW in creation of management reports and templates
  • To Exceed Customer expectation and take initiatives to meet their requirements.

Qualification:

  • BA in Accounting or Finance/ CPA or MA in advantage
  • 3-5 years working experience in Multinational company
  • Experienced in management accounting in manufacturing is an advantage
  • Well understand the company business (products, market, customers, sales channels and distribution mode)

  • Demonstrates outstanding professional know-how
  • Strong working knowledge of IT systems will be highly advantageous
