Customer Relation Executive (6 months contract)

POSITION:                Customer Relation Executive (Contract 6 months)

LOCATION:                Bangna KM 6.5

Job Type:                   6 month contract

Salary range:              Max at 22K

Benefit:                       Social Security Fund and etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Acting as first point of contact for customers (Internal and External), in relation to order placement, order related queries, complaints, product and service information and account information
  • Provide assistance to customers specific to delivery follow-up and customer feedback/complaint
  • Being a member of the Customer Relations Team, demonstrates the objective of ensuring delivery of all orders processed, and the resolution of all complaints and inquiries received by the team and thereby, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Acts on defined process at the country level and with the LGS-M to help ensure a fully customer focused approach is delivered
  • Seeks to identify root cause issues and develop improvements
  • Seeks to maximize customer satisfaction by providing professional customer service handling for both internal and external customers
  • Ensure adherence to core CCC and OTC KPI and KII’s and associated reporting
  • Demonstrates full personal ownership and resolution of customer enquiries across all businesses
  • Acts as the customer champion, and uses analysis and influence to drive continuous improvement between the business and our customers
  • Participate in continuously driving service standards to the highest level with efficiency and effectiveness while building and maintaining good relations with customers
  • Is quality and quantity focused, able to perform against progressive personal call center measures and ensure full utilization of resources

Qualification:

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 2-3 years experience in Customer Service
  • Open consider for fresh graduate
  • Knowledge on telephony preferred
  • SAP Systems experience preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications

Competency and skills:

  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • SAP knowledge and application
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Understanding of Order-to-Cash (OTC) process
  • Fast learner
  • Strong team player
  • Detail oriented
