AVP - Accounting (Costing)

POSITION:                  AVP - Accounting (URGENT!!)
LOCATION:                 Chatuchak and Sampran, Nakorn Pathom
Job Type:                    Permanent
Salary range:               120k – 150k (up to experience)
Benefit:                        Variable Bonus, Provident fund, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
• Process month and end year process, costing, accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, budgeting, cash forecasting, taxation, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, fixed asset activity etc.
• Monitor and analyses accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
• Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles.
• Coordinate and complete annual audits.
• Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.
• Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Meet financial accounting objectives.
• Develop and maintain in all aspects of Costing function (Variance report, Unit cost, Cost forecast, Cost Planning, Budget Setting). 
• Construct cost management system.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Accounting or any related field.
• At least 15 years’ experience in Accounting in manufacturing environment.
• Able to work in both office and factory environment.
• Specializes in costing.
• Extensive SAP system knowledge.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
