Receptionist & Administrative Officer

Position:                     Reception & Administrative Officer (welcome new grad)

Job Type:                    Permanent

Location:                     Silom

Salary range:              Up to experience

Responsibilities:

Receptionist & Administrative Job Purpose:

  • Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately
  • Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival
  • Maintains security and telecommunications system.
  • Generate report and helping team assign

Administrative Job Duties:

  • Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
  • Prepare and inspect management documents and related work
  • Control the company documents (soft & hard copy) in accordance with the work system.
  • Supervises and coordinates overall administrative and office activities.
  • Supervises the maintenance and alteration of office areas and equipment.
  • Supervises the maintenance of office equipment, including copier, fax machine, etc.
  • Assure that all office tasks run effectively and smoothly.
  • Manage about company documents for office and submit to government.
  • Perform other duties as requested by Management.
  • Organize management support work as assigned
  • Other administrative tasks (occasional) as assigned.
  • Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
  • Coordinate with all other departments for any types of admin support or requirements

Qualification:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degrees in any field (New graduated are welcome)
  • 1-2 years working experience in administrative task would be advantage
  • Fluent in English
  • Analytical Skills
  • Work fast, problem solving skills
