Legal Manager
POSITION: Legal Manager
LOCATION: Bangna KM.18, Samutprakarn
Job Type: Permanent
Salary range: Depends on experience
Benefit: Social Security Fund, Variable bonus etc.
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and legal updates to business and other supporting units on commercial and corporate matters
- Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements and prepare templates of commercial agreements
- Liaise with external parties including external lawyers, government bodies, regulators and business counterparts
- Lead and manage local compliance and regulatory related work
- Investment and acquisition projects: provide local legal support to any investment and acquisition Participate in other legal-related responsibilities and assist with ad hoc projects
Qualifications:
- Thailand qualified lawyer with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience
- In-house experience essential
- Ability to work independently and also in a team
- Ability to deliver quality work efficiently
- Strong drafting and communication skills
- Strong commercial sense and ability to make practical evaluations of risks
- Good command of written and spoken Thai; proficient in both or either of English and Chinese
