POSITION:                   Technical Sales/ Service Engineer

LOCATION:                  Wireless road, Bangkok

REPORT TO:                 Sales Leader – Thailand

JOB TYPE:                    Permanent

SALARY RANGE:          50K – 75K (NA)

BENEFIT:                      Fixed Bonus, Performance Bonus, Provident Fund, Group Insurance

Job Description:

• Determine and provide technical support and service on customer’s process lines to re-establish product performance
• Visit customers’ site and conduct the audit of chemical control, machines, equipment, processes for improve productivity capacities and quality
• Organize, investigate and handle of customer’s requests, complaints in timely
• Provide necessary proposals and documents for new project in term of trial run sample, evaluation schedule, manpower support. On-site support for set up and monitor of line condition during trial run and production stage
• Provide proposals and quotations
• Implement and achieve sales target by developing existing and new products/ customers
• Coordination of orders, delivery and feedback commercial issues between customer and internal regional colleague
• Manage and responsible for Customer Forecast, Customer order and stock
• Provide appropriate technical knowledge training for customers
• Proactive and Self-motivated for exploring new customers, market, product application, etc.

Requirements:

• Degree in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering or related
• At least 2 years in experience in Printed Circuit Board (PCB) /Plating/Semiconductor (Manufacturing / Engineering / Sales)
• Problem Solver, decision maker, negotiation skill
• Able to travel to other provinces frequently
• Able to communicate in spoken and written English
• Understanding of Japanese/ Taiwanese working culture an advantage
• Possesses a Valid Driving License
• Mandarin is an advantage

• Good Interpersonal skills
• High proficiency of computer applications like Excel, Power point presentation.
• Good Analytical skills.
