POSITION: Deputy Managing Director
LOCATION: Pathumwan, BKK

Responsibilities:
- Jointly determine business direction by considering the vision, obligation, missionn policies, strategies, suitable and possible business positions including adapt to situations and communicate between the Company and business investors such as investors, shareholders, employees, customers and business partners to ensure clarity,understanding and suitable cooperation.
- Be accountable for business outcome, establish strategies, monitor digital and online insurance business, expand the Company’s retail customer base, retain customer base as well as expand customer base to reach new targets to effectively obtain established insurance premiums target within acceptable risk ratio by providing new services and ensure highest customer satisfaction which will lead to continued insurance purchases and referrals.
- Be accountable for business outcome, establish strategies and monitor insurance renewals by implementing information technology to ensure effective, correct and timely insurance renewals leading to reduced costs and higher renewal rate.
- Be accountable for business outcome, establish strategies, monitor the Company’s information technology operations, information management systems, information systems and network management, information systems development, information systems analysis and support by focusing on using suitable interconnected technology in all current and future systems to create enough, accurate and timely information as well as consider the suitable costs of necessary information in managing the Company’s business to ensure highest effectiveness in management, planning, decision making and delegation in each responsible work path.
- Provide recommendations regarding digital and online insurance business operations to senior executives and related agencies.
- Lead and conduct to reflect the Company’s ethical and moral values as well as monitor employees under the responsibility to ensure conduct in line with the Company’s ethics and moral values.
Qualification:
- Master’s degree or higher in Marketing /Business Administration or any related field
- At least 10 years’ experience in Insurance/Assurance industry
