Responsibilities:
Job description
- Act as head staff in charge of BHS project site in Thailand.
- Assume the site engineering construction control and advisory role to company top management, partners, and airport client.
- Lead project management and oversee overall quality control. Maintain high standards in the flow of scheduling, receiving imported construction materials, proper warehouse storage, goods transfer, installation, progress monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Act as a training conductor to contractors and subcontractors to verify accurate installation and high performance for project completion.
- Manage on-site team of 5-10 staffs and 30 subcontractor staffs.
- Report directly to an expatriate Project Director.
- Ensure accurate document control and proper office administration.
- Engage weekly with top management (local and abroad), partners, and client to update progress.
- Submit periodic report and present findings to regular project meetings.
- Work with HR team on hiring and team expansion plan alongside project requirement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in IT Engineering or related fields.
- 28 - 34 years old.
- Familiar with Oracle or SQL Server Databases (Relational Database Model) and can write DB statements and procedures with PL/SQL.
- Familiar with software programming languages such as C, C++, C# or JAVA (JEE architecture); familiar with commonly used Application Servers (e.g. Weblogic).
- Familiar with server virtualization and related IT infrastructure components (VMWare, Hyper-V, Servers, SAN, LAN, Windows, etc.).
- Experience with software development, automation testing, deployment or integration.
- High sense of responsibility and team spirit. Readiness to work in an international team.
- Very Good English communication skills both oral and written.
- Engaging professionally with team and clients. Able to personally lead client training sessions.
- Willingness to learn and transfer knowledge from our headquarter to the local team.
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally. Required to train abroad for 3 consecutive months.
