ASEAN Sales Manager
POSITION: ASEAN Sales Manager
LOCATION: Ekkamai, Bangkok
Job Type: Permanent
Salary range: 150,000 – 200,000 THB/Month (Depends on experience)
Benefit: Social Security Fund, Group insurance, Yearly Incentive, Car Allowance and etc.
Responsibilities:
Sales Strategic Management
- Work closely with the distributors and head office in all areas from sales performance, operational management, merchandising and range selection as well as marketing and business strategy. Develop maximum sales volume and profit in line with the strategy of Asia/Pacific, maintain relations with key customers, distributors and agents. Identify and develop potential distributors
Markets Strategic Management
- Develop growth strategies to enter new market segments and aggressively build market share in Thailand as well as ASEAN.
Marketing operation, product management and business development
- Be capable in building a strong market position in the Insulation markets, lead a team to be recognized as a customer service oriented, fast reacting technical expert organization. Develop specifications working with engineering firms, and create demand of our product for Petrochemical projects and in the HVAC segments in Thailand as well as ASEAN. Work with key decision makers in designers, consultants, contractors to materialize the business opportunities
Turnover budgetary process
- Contribute relevant Sales & Marketing information to the area business plans and budgets
Procedure and Compliance
- Implement Thailand procedures and ensure compliance
People Management
- Contribute to personnel performance measurements and training programs for regional and local Thailand staffs. Develop, manage and motivate Thailand management team, including Sales and Marketing, Production, Finance & Administration etc.
Organizational Development
- Ensure high level of engagement of Sales team in field with regular communication channel, progress review of planned targets. Provide a clear development plan for direct report.
Commercial Process/Tools
- Provide and develop new Sales processes and tools to support the business growth plan; to ensure the delivery of Sales and margin targets.
Pricing and Margin Management
- Manage pricing structure into Thai market to meet pricing level, margins and profitability.
Channel and market segment development
- Lead the expansion and maximization of the new/current channel network and market segment development work; with clear strategic plan for Thai market; and align effective marketing activities.
Reporting
- Timely and accurate reporting for the organization on market, competitors and new opportunities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering fields
- Over 8 years of experience in Sales Management
- Experienced in ASEAN market is a must
