Plant HR Manager (based Chacheongsao)
Position: Plant HR Manager (Base Chachoengsao)
Job Type: Permanent
Location: Bangkok Thailand
Working Day: 5 days per week
Industry: Manufacturing
Salary Range: 100K – 150K
Benefit: Social Security Fund, Group insurance, Bonus, provident fund, etc.
Responsibilities:
As a Strategic Partner with the Leaders:
- Continue to and co-lead Strategy Development and deployment and drive the strategy through the plant organization
- Develop with the leadership team the organization and people strategies needed to deliver the plant policy.
- Identify and coach the business unit leadership team on any emerging needs, such as for example diversity and its linkage to team effectiveness and business results
- Coach and provide organizational, leadership and individual performance counsel to the business unit. Influence the broader HR processes and system to better meet the needs of the strategic partner.
- Work with external parties, where applicable to deliver HR methodologies
Lead as CHANGE AGENT:
- Sense for needed changes in the organization and emerging outside trends which influence your business
- Proactively assess, design facilitate and implement the appropriate organizational interventions by leading the business unit leaders through personal and organizational design and transition work.
- Provide team effectiveness skill sets to business unit leadership teams
Be an EMPLOYEE CHAMPION:
- Be in touch with the people, role model in practicingcompany purpose,
- Use principle-based decision making and coach people on it.
- Build employee commitment and capability
- Work Employee Relations issues, policy exceptions and issue resolution as needed in the business unit.
- Coach line managers in the handling of Employee Relations Issues and Prevention
- Provide resources and systems to develop capability and improve performance.
- Encourage use of Company’s recognition programs
- Establish and maintain effective employee communication.
Be an Administrative Expert:
- Build effective and effective organizational infrastructure and people systems
- Continue improve work process related to own area
- Be coach, guide and link for HR and Employee service systems delivering customer focused employee services
HR Organization Capability Building:
- Share, search and reapply across organization within HR organization
- Develop HR personal capability and coach others in your area of expertise to drive business results
- Be the linkage for two-way communication and feedback between the particular HR organization from both business unit, department, and HR team on needs of the organization to include what’s working/ what’s not working.
- Drive HR action plan to meet with plant business target.
Qualification:
- Male/Female, Thai nationality
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in any related field
- At least 7 years’ working experience in HR Generalist role
- Strong background in Change Management, People Management, Employee Engagement Recruitment, C & B, Training & Development and Employee Relations
- Strong knowledge in Labor law
- Strong Leadership with strategic & logical thinking, principle base decision making and communication skill
- Result-oriented, proactive self-starter with positive attitude
- Proficient in English language, both written and spoken
