RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for the entire operations of the real estate, hotel, and wellness business and future investment in various industries.
- Act as 2nd in-command from the Managing Director. Report directly to Managing Director as potential successor. Advise the executives in all related business matters.
- In charge of all departments operations: Finance & Accounting, Sales & Marketing, IT.
- Strategize and develop business model, company structure, and implement strong business operations where needed to achieve and sustain growth.
- Strategize, setup, and monitor sound financial and accounting system to ensure backbone safety of existing and new ventures businesses of the company. Utilize modern financial tools to keep up-to-date and competitive.
- Plan on systemized people development in all departments and operations, and implement programs to feed talents into different businesses in an effective and timely fashion.
- Align the company's business with the larger listed enterprise. Responsible for keeping positive image, reputation, and business growth.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master’s degree or higher in business related fields. MBA preferred.
- Ages between 40 - 52 years old.
- At least 15 years of experience in business operations management i.e. real estate development, hotel development & management, wellness center, etc.
- Strong entrepreneurial attitude with sense of governance and business ownership. Experienced in looking after over 1-billion THB PCL company preferred.
- Fluency in Accounting and Financial planning for newly setup business unit. Fluency in P&L, forecasts, financial statement, and listed company reports.
- Fluent command of Thai and English for international communications and media response.
- Computer literacy.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCY:
- Able to handle multiple businesses and different on-going projects as required.
- Smart personal appearance.
