SALARY RANGE: 130K - 160K (up to experience)

Responsibilities:
- Devise & implement strategy and screening criteria for new business opportunities in targeted markets/segments/territory
- Develop an implementation strategy to penetrate opportunities in the area or segment of the business
- Define key strategic partners (OEMs/End-Users) for short-term and long-term business
- Drive piloting of new applications in partnership with OEMs and/or End-Users
- Promote innovation products and upgrade existing installed products to innovation products, reducing customer’s Total Cost of Ownership (TCO)
- End-User engagement activities to explore new businesses and develop new accounts outside existing territory (geo-expansion)
- Build and maintain Market Map/Installation Map in targeted market segments within the assigned territory
- Present Water Solutions product portfolio (UF, RO/NF, IER) to key prospects and closely follow-up on opportunities
- Conduct Primary & Secondary research, including finding information from industry associations and marketing experts.
- Interface with Marketing at key customers to create optimum product positioning strategies.
- Deliver a specific amount of demand generation (share gain, innovation and new markets/applications) with 25% conversion rate
Qualification:
- Min. 8 years business experience (sales, marketing, business development, technical service) preferably in the water, waste water treatment and sweetener industry Dealing with Reverse Osmosis, Ion Exchange and Ultrafiltration technologies.
- Bachelor’s/Master's Degree in Engineering. MBA is preferred.
- Minimum 8 years’ work experience in customer facing functions, such as Sales, Marketing,
- Experience in water industry a must.
- Ability to deal both with specialties.
- Ability to work across organizational boundaries and coordinate effectively with other functions.
- Comfortable working in a matrix organization.
- The candidate will in many cases have to interact remotely with other members of the team
- Frequent traveling in the territory (min. 50% of time).
- Fluent in English and Thai.
- Other SEA language skills are a strong advantage for this position.
