Sales Training Manager

POSITION:                  Sales Training Manager

LOCATION:                Rama 4 Rd., Bangkok

INDUSTRY:                 Automotive

JOB TYPE:                   Permanent

SALARY RANGE:         70,000 – 80,000 THB up to experience

BENEFIT:                     Variable bonus, Life Insurance, Provident Fund, etc.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maximize Sales team performance and productivity by determining and solving sales team training needs by standardized analyzing, delivering and assessing procedure.
  • Plan, develop and administer training program to targeted party, assess training and develop needs for performance improvement, create training materials / tools, present and monitor training effectiveness by setting up standard of follow-ups to ensure on site practicality and efficiency, control and monitor budget.
  • To manage yearly sales training plan and ensure flawless implementation
  • To handle special project to improve sales productivity of Dealer Sales team
  • To set standard process of training and follow-up to optimize training efficiency
  • To develop necessary informative materials to support sales team as a selling tool
  • To manage annual key activities in collaboration with other functions e.g. Motor Show
  • To analyze relevant report
  • To support sales bulletin, product information, sales campaign on Mobile application
  • To analyze BST content, examination for further improvement
  • To provide coaching and motivate teamwork for higher level of result

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in Sales and Sales Training
  • Age 30 years old above
  • Good command in English

  • Inspiring and motivating others
