Assistance IT Manager
POSITION: Assistance IT Manager
LOCATION: Bangrak, Bangkok
JOB TYPE: Permanent
SALARY RANGE: 60K-80k (up to experience)
BENEFIT: Provident Fund, Bonus etc.
Summary
As an Assistance IT manager, you job will mainly be; Maintaining information technology strategies by managing staff; researching and implementing technological strategic solutions to be in line with the company business plan. Not to mentioned, supervise that the IT services provided to the affiliated companies are in accordance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Key Responsibilities
- Plans, organize, and control IT to be in line with the company’s business goal.
- Draft company’s policy and usage of IT resources.
- Manage and supervise IT project (IT project management) reach the KPI.
- IT risk assessment and Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.
- Keep up to date with the new technologies and implementing them in the company’s business, if possible.
- Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT, electronic data operations, and resources.
- Manage and supervise subordinate in the company’s IT section.
- Implement IT management standards such as ISO27001, ITIL, COBIT, and etc.
- Procure IT equipment as requested by the users appropriately.
- Supervise and make sure that the quality of the computer OS, network systems, and telephone system are meeting the standards specified in the SLA.
- Prepare and supervise the Disaster Recovery Plan to be in line with the Company's Business Continuity Plan.
Qualifications
- Thai National only
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in computer science, computer engineering or IT related fields.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in system development management and project management.
- Experienced in Microsoft .NET Framework, Java, HTML5, CSS, SQL Command and etc.
- Good problem-solving skills, ready to help and give advice to co-workers and subordinates.
- Excellent English skill
