Assistant Sales Manager

POSITION:                   Assistant Sales Manager

LOCATION:                  Phuttamonthon Sai1

Job Type:                     Permanent

Salary range:                40,000 – 50,000 THB

Benefit:                         Group insurance, Provident fund, Variable Bonus, etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively Identify and work on Broadcast sale opportunity
  • Develop new prospect and maintain good relationship with existing customer
  • Plan, Develop sale forecast and strategy to meet sale target
  • Supervise on-going project by coordinating internal resources to meet customer demand and requirement
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding in needs
  • Gather information to discuss with Engineer team for the best solution to offer to customers
  • Contact supplies for technical information and price for cost calculations
  • Assist Sales Director on cost analysis and prepare quotations to customer
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to Sales Director
  • Oversee and ensure projects on hand to be completed on time and within budget
  • Travel to customers to visit Trade fairs abroad, introduce partner’s products to customer and update new technology
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Complete the task assigned by management team

Qualifications:

  • Female and Thai nationality only
  • Age 30 years old and upper
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field.
  • Minimum of 5 years experienced in Sale
  • Have work experience in Broadcast industry
  • Have good broadcast products knowledge
  • Have good presentation skills
  • Good English and communication skills

Skills and competency

  • Ability to handle multi priorities and be able to work under pressure
  • High level of self-motivated
  • Have good communication skills
