VP - Domestic Sales

Our client is looking for VP – Domestic Sales position, Our client is one of the world leading company in plastic conversion business with a 35 years successful track record and be first reclosable bag and flexible straw producer in Thailand. Our client company is a listed company for more than 20 years with the aim to building sustainable value and long term partnership for customers and all stakeholders.

VP - Domestic Sales is responsible for developing sales strategies that are aligned with, and supportive of the company's and market's strategic direction, in order to support the attainment of business growth.

POSITION:                 VP Domestic Sales

LOCATION:                 Chatuchak, Bangkok

JOB TYPE:                  Permanent

SALARY RANGE:         (up to experience)

BENEFIT:                     Management Incentive, Group insurance, Five-day work and etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Develops company's strategic initiatives through specific plans of action within his/her organization.
  • Working to establish quantified sales targets in plastics industry and aligning your own actions to achieve them
  • Identifying new customers/segments, developing business and achieving new sales.
  • Expanding and developing existing accounts, foster customer relationship management with a view to building customer loyalty
  • Creation of customer's plans and tracking their development, upcoming product launches, market potential, opportunities
  • Response the sales volume as of 500M per year
  • Develops key performance metrics and dashboards that help the sales organization focus on performance drivers.
  • Provide timely, accurate report to Management on the performance of the team, identify risks and business development opportunities in the target market.
  • Drives strategic expansion plans

Qualifications:

  • Degree is required with Chemistry, Biology, Polymer and/or Business preferred.
  • 10+ years in B2B sales function in a multinational company.
  • Technical management and skills
  • People Management Skill
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent in Thai and English
