Position: VP - Operation
Location: Sampran, Nakornpathom, Thailand
Industry: Plastics Industry
Salary Range: 200,000 THB (Up to experience)

Responsibilities
- The management of the factory
- Develop and improve work processes
- Supervision of safety environment in the factory
- Developing and improving company policy
- Management costing and budgeting
- Developing and improving production processes to increase efficiencies in production
- Develop solution to minimize all issue in production process
- Analyst current process, defend improvement project and lead the implement of such project
- Analyst and evaluate the root cause of issue and implement correction action for improvement
- Participate in process design for new facility , including conceptual and basic design
- Coordinate and provide concerned department with necessary support
- Strictly follow up and maintain quality system
- Develop launch plans
- Manage robust launch delivery
- Develop quality systems activities projects ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, GMP, IWAY, SSC 22000 include regulations for safety at work
Qualification
- Prefer Male, ideal age not lower than 35 years old
- Thai nationality only
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering or related fields
- 15-20 years’ management experience in Factory management
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in management level of factory
- Fluent communicate in English
- Demonstrable experience in factory with employee over 1,000 persons
- Must have experience in Operation, Production or Management in Manufacturing
- Strong understanding of corporate finance and measures of performance
- Familiarity with corporate law and management best practices

- Good analytical and problem solving skills
