Position: NPO Project Manager
Location: Metropolis Bangkok

Salary range: 130,000 – 160,000 THB

Responsibilities:
Project Planning Skills:
- Defining procedures and requirements regarding quality management (audit, certification, tests, and acceptance)
- Identifies the project requirements.
- Estimates resourcing effort.
- Prepare budget and schedule
Project Execution Skills:
- Required to be main point of interface towards the customer
- Provides overall strategy and technical direction based on inputs from team members.
- Executes against the PM Process (initiate, plan, execute, control, close).
- Prepares delivery baseline of budget and schedule agreed with customer.
- Manages project cost, schedule and quality.
- Manages risks, issues and changes according to Nokia Methodology
- Presents project updates internally and to the customer.
Project control and communication:
- Creates a clear definition of the project, communications concept, decision and escalation rules.
- Evaluates the project goals and the team work effectiveness.
- Establishes the relationship between the project team members.
- Provides individual feedback to employees. Creates lessons learned documentation.
Requirements
- Thai nationality only
- Age 35 years old and up
- Having more than 5 years with Planning and optimization experiences.
- Minimum: Bachelor’s degree (Electrical / Telecommunication) or corresponding experience.
- Knowledge and practice of Planning tool (NetAct Planner , Atoll or equivalent)
- Experience on measurement/analysis tool (TEMS, NEMO, or equivalent)
- knowledge and practice of system and features is required.
- Good Presentation skill
- Strong technical consulting skills and Solid analytical skills
- Fluent in written/spoken English
- Flexible to travel inside Thailand
