POSITION: Customer Care Leader
JOB TYPE: Permanent
SALARY RANGE: Up to experience

- Supervise Customer Care Agents and motivate them. Provides team support and training.
- Conduct appropriate frequency of performance monitoring discussions and individual coaching sessions per agent and ensures coaching activity for agents is happening at appropriate frequency
- Accountable for monitoring and supporting systems application BFO, CTI and SAP (SD module), control customer service workforce utilization,
- communication and implementation of operational changes.
- Analyzes Customer Care Digitization, Operation Report and data management.
- Delegated admin duties and specific CCC systems (BFO, CTI and SAP (SD module) network.
- Identify Inbound Revenue Generation opportunities, define and quote product and equipment from customer's requests,
- coordinate with relevant Sales or Marketing contact for special prices.
- Detect all opportunities to serve the customer while addressing customer support requests and perform inbound revenue generation.
- Daily management of operational activities monitor and measure performance. Investigate customer complaints.
- Evaluation and planning to maintain agreed service levels
- Male or Female, Thai Nationality only
- Bachelor or master’s Degree in any field
- Minimum at least 3 years’ experience in Customer Care field, simplify with SAP (SD) and BFO or customer service that deal with order management and digital platform.
- Understanding business model and acquire inbound sales management
- Possess a good communication skill, service mind, proactive and able to keep clam under high pressure
- Good in problem solving
- Good in Excel and computer proficient
