POSITION: Field Service Engineer
LOCATION: Bangkok
JOB TYPE: Permanent
SALARY RANGE: Up to experience

Responsibilities:
- To perform field service (customer site service) activities involving the installation supervision, commissioning, maintaining, modification and repair of complex AC & DC UPS equipment.
- Responsible for a region and Global Region of field services.
- Performs installation supervision and commissioning of products including the batteries.
- Performs maintenance for UPS equipment including batteries.
- Trains customers on equipment operation and maintenance of products.
- Represents product in dealing with customer concerns.
- Responsible for identifying and reporting failure modes encountered when in the field. Also responsible for determining the cause of these failures.
- Solve UPS problems at customers site and provides reports on these issues.
- Providing 24hrs telephone support for customers.
- Acquisition of Customer Service products
- Supporting Service Sales and Marketing for Local business (Service Sales and New Sales)
- Supporting Technical Issue for Local client
- Site visit / Client Visit to generate customer relations and Generate business opportunities
Qualifications:
- Male or Female, Thai Nationality only
- Bachelor or master’s Degree in Engineer (Electrical / Electronic or relevant).
- 3 years exp. in Oil & Gas sector, Power Generation or UPS technical experience is an added advantage.
- Willing to travel up to 80% within international (onshore & offshore).
- Computer literate and fluent in spoken English
