Operation Manager 

POSITION:                Operation Manager

LOCATION:                Bangna

Job Type:                   Permanent

Salary range:              Up to experience

Responsibilities:

  • Organize an annual comprehensive budgeting plan for the segment, review the financial statements on a regular basis, formulate indicators for the costs and expenses of various departments of the segment, and monitor the implementation to ensure the completion of the budgetary indicators. Approve various financial revenues and expenditures of branches, monitor operating performance, and increase revenues and reduce expenditures
  • Consolidate process standards and quality indicators, and formulate branch operational procedures and specifications. Monitor the implementation of each link, identify and improve operational quality and deviation issues, improve ergonomics, and reduce expenditures
  • According to the annual budget targets, formulate the business indicators, service and operation targets of the annual relevant businesses of each department, and implement and supervise the completion of various business indicators
  • Organize the division to do a good job of collecting market data, formulate market strategies and marketing plans based on market feedback and business objectives, guide departments to do market development and customer service work, improve customer satisfaction, ensure revenue growth and market share The promotion
  • Lead the relevant companies in the regional company to collect information in the region, rationally conduct the construction of local outlets, reduce operating costs and expenses, and increase the market competitiveness of the segment
  • Strengthen communication and contact with headquarters and regional companies;
  • Improve the operational level and quality of the division, enhance the training of employees in various operational skills, cultivate their independent operational capabilities, and strengthen employees' service awareness. Performance management, objective assessment of employee performance, use of incentives, and enhanced team cohesion and collaboration to improve employee motivation

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree or above in related field
  • Strong internal and external relationship coordination
  • English language proficiency (Chinese will be advantage)
