We are looking for a top talented Sales Manager for our client who is a worldwide leading chain of health club and fitness center.
POSITION: Sales Manager
LOCATION: Bangkok / Chiang Mai
JOB TYPE: Permanent
SALARY RANGE: 70K-90K (up to experience)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Further develop, implement and manage sales strategy including outreach, working closely with General Manager to provide input to budgets and produce on time reporting.
- Participate in and ensure pre-determined membership sales targets are achieved on a monthly basis.
- Ensure achievement of sales team targets.
- Ensure records of all member sales activities and follow-up requirements are maintained by utilizing member management system and tracking sheets.
- Compile and provide weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting.
- Ensure defined daily activity levels are set to achieve membership sales targets on a monthly basis.
- Participate in and ensure member prospects are identified and developed through team utilising cold calling, retention calling, follow-up calling and other sales techniques.
- Focus on targeting both individual membership sales and corporate membership sales.
- Work closely with General Manager to identify new opportunities for sales growth.
- Ensure team participation in club operations activities to fully understand and keep up to date with product offering.
- Ensure member information is handled in line with the privacy guidelines and maintain strict confidentiality to ensure it is not disclosed to any third party.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of guidelines in relation to working with children and ensure compliance at all times.
- Maintain awareness of current member retention statistics and continually aim to retain all members.
- Maintain awareness of current sales performance statistics, educate other team members on the importance of membership sales and continually aim to maximise all sales opportunities.
- Coach and support team members to deliver excellent customer service to all members and guests.
- Develop and implement action plans with team members to continually improve service delivery based on external member evaluation such as mystery shopping and member satisfaction surveys.
- Conduct Phone Checks and Service Standard Checks effectively on a monthly basis and provide reporting as required.
- Positively respond to and resolve escalated member feedback and complaints.
- Coach and support team members to take ownership and resolve complaints efficiently and in a polite and courteous manner at first point of contact.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Thai nationality
- At least 5 years of experiences in sales, in the fitness or health & wellness industry
- At least 2 years experienced at manager level
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work through KPI's and achieve/exceed sales targets
- Understanding of health and fitness industry
- Computer literacy; MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Knowledge in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database usage
- ***Fluent written and spoken English is required***
