We are currently looking for Logistics Transformation Manager, this person will be the focal point for all improvement projects related to the SCM/Logistics in Thailand i.e. warehousing, transportation, delivery, cost saving areas, reduce waste from all responsible areas, etc. This is includes the continuous improvement (LEAN/Sigma/Kaizen) and warehouse transformation projects.

LOCATION: Bangkok
JOB TYPE: Permanent
SALARY RANGE: 120K-150K up to experience

Responsibilities:
- Duties include, but are not limited to, research, analysis and reporting on logistics and supply chain methods, processes, equipment, and facilities. Additionally, support other departments (LEAN/Sigma, procurement and sales/marketing) in data gathering, project status and reporting, and project coordination.
- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading KAIZAN events.
- To understand the over all of SE business and be able to apply the improvement ideas/process to reduce waste.
- To set up the standard process flow and manage to train concerning people. Lead all the transformation projects under SCM/Logistics Department.
- Dealing with many stakeholders both internal teams in/outside of TH, and customers for transformation projects deployment.
Process Improvement
- Assist in the identification of areas of improvement within the central distribution center. Work within established channels (Project Evolution) to investigate and implement these changes.
- Manage to implement all relates improvement plan both in country + reginal.
Layout and Design Analysis
- Assist in warehouse layout and design development
- Warehouse over flow and re design to utilize
- Transport utilization
Change Management
- For any continuous improvements implemented, assist management with implementation / change management; including documentation of procedures, processes, and training. Often this will mean coordination with other departments of those areas. Assist in the post implementation of a change to ensure sustainability.
Research
- Research and stay current on all warehousing and inventory management technologies such as Warehousing Systems, bar-coding systems, and radio frequency identification systems.
Job Requirements Minimum Requirements:
- It’s at least a bachelor degree with a focus in Engineering and Logistics or related field of study.
- Excellent in English communication – speak, write, read and presentation.
- Expert in MS Office, Visio, Access and Power Point.
- At least 8 years working experience in relates field.
- Good attitude and willing to start with “zero” to build up teams to achieve company’s target
- Independent and confident
- Team player
Preferred:
- Coursework and/or Certification(s): Lean Six Sigma Coursework and/or Certification
- Education Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain or related filed
- Experience in all electrical/electronic/automation industry
- Will be excellent if you are familiar with SE business and culture
- Expert on SAP in all modules.
