Payroll Specialist (HR Service)

We currently looking for Payroll Specialist based in Bangpoo, Samutprakan this position will provide quality HR administrative support to the Business Units by attending to and processing customer requests as assigned accurately and in a timely manner, resolving issues and enquiries, and escalating operational issues to the relevant parties for resolution Please see the below detail;

POSITION:     Payroll Specialist (HR Service)

LOCATION:     Bangpoo Industrial Estate, Samut-prakan

INDUSTRY TYPE:     Manufacturing

BENEFIT:     Group insurance, Bonus and etc.

Key responsibilities

• personnel data administration
• onboarding
• preparing payroll advice
• HR reporting
• training logistics and administration
• support of HRIS and tools
• facilitate Employee Relations related matters
• Hands-on HR operations experience (preferably with working experience in HR shared services environment)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher Degree in any related field
• Experience in dealing with local statutory bodies and related government agencies
• Minimum 3 years experience in field of HR Payroll processing is advantageous
• Possess business and HR understanding in both commercial and manufacturing environment is advantageous
• Verbal and written English communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office
