POSITION: Employee and Labor Relations Specialists
LOCATION: Saraburi and Nakhorn Ratchasima
Job Type: Permanent
Salary Range: 80,000 THB (Up to experience)

Responsibilities:
- Being a ER specialist to provide relevant and effective consulting services to businesses
- Co-ordinated deployment of ER services, including any specific strategy requirements
- Work in close partnership with shared services to deliver recurring end-to-end services and processes
- Develop and maintain key internal and external relationships
- Under limited supervision, provide consult to HR and business managers and supervisors
- Using full ER knowledge and client intelligence to provide thought leadership in recommending solutions that build on business and functional strategic drivers
- Provide feedback into services priorities to ensure adoption
- Participate in CBS Migration activities, shared service consolidation and MADJV initiatives as assigned
- Promote the use and implementation of tools or technologies to gain efficiency in delivering HR Solutions
- Provide consult and advice to HR and business managers or supervisors on ER issues or activities
- Guide, Review and Perform the design and delivery of ER training or education sessions for employees, HR professionals and supervisors/managers in the business
- Champion a strong continuous improvement culture to ensure deployment of scalable, simplified and standardized processes
- Express model and reinforce a process-honoring culture
- Using full ER knowledge to provide input to ensure service delivery is compliant with laws, regulations, and corporate policies
- Ensure application of standard policies
- Ensure proper use of vendor management of ER providers
- Provide input into the appropriate blend of internally sourced service delivery versus vendor sourced delivery
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and standardization on processes currently managed by country and regionally
- Ensure consistent adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements
- Involve working with legal resources or external consultants to interpret and implement complex and ambiguous policies
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- At least 5 years of experience in operations or ER human resources
- Experience anticipating issues, problem solving and implementing solutions
- Must be fluently in Thai and English
