Supervisor Accountant AP 

Position:                     Supervisor Accountant AP

Location:                    Saraburi

Job Type:                    Permanent

Working day:             Mon – Fri

Salary Range:            80,000 THB (Up to experience)

Report To:                  Financial Manager

Responsibility:

  • Manage Procure to pay operations supervisory responsibilities for invoice processing of PO Invoices, Non PO Invoices, debit memos, credit memos, Payment proposals generations, executions and handling of the payment exceptions etc.
  • Responsible for Payment proposals review, executions and handling the payment exceptions, as needed
  • Ability to handle BU/function specific emergency requests (eg. Payments)
  • Ensure monthly expenses have been fully and accurately recorded
  • Handle Balance sheet reconciliation for payable accounts
  • Respond to BU contacts/customers and to deliver error free process
  • Should possess hands-on knowledge of end to end Procure to Pay process operations
  • Building supportive relationships with peers and colleagues including BU/function country controllers/Leaders
  • Lead and/or participate in specific special projects to drive efficiency
  • Handling ad-hoc requests on a timely manner
  • Comply with all the Quality Management System (QMS) and Business Continuity Planning requirements and guidelines of the organization as well as local tax requirement
  • resolving period close exceptions and closing the period
  • Handle people management responsibilities including coaching and guiding team members, work on their goal plans and continuous development.

Qualification

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 6-8  years of experience in finance operation with good expertise in Procure to Pay and related Finance processes
  • Prior experience of managing a team with people management responsibilities
  • Experience of working in shared service operations would be preferred
  • Self-starter with strong analytical, problem solving skills and initiative to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Self-starter with excellent MS-office skills
  • Strong team player and ability to handle tasks under pressure and in a timely manner with required quality
  • Strong prioritization skills handling multiple priorities.
  • End to end process knowledge on PTP
  • Working Knowledge of ERP (JDE or SAP) would be preferred
  • Flexible to work in any shifts
  • Advanced working knowledge of MS Office (Word / Excel/ Powerpoint)
