Recruitment Consultant/ Sr. Recruitment Consultant

POSITION     Recruitment Consultant/ Sr. Recruitment Consultant

LOCATION    Paso Tower, BTS Chongnonsri

JOB TYPE     Permanent

SALARY       (Up to experience)

Workday:      5 day/ week from 9am – 6pm

BENEFIT:     Commission / Incentive, Group insurance, Social Security Fund

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for attracting candidates and matching them to temporary or permanent positions jobs with client companies.
  • The jobs may vary from entry-level roles to directors and executives.
  • Work with client companies, building relationships in order to gain a better understanding of their recruitment needs and requirements.
  • Attract candidates by drafting advertising copy for use in a wide range of media, as well as by networking, headhunting and through referrals.
  • Screen candidates, interview them, do background checks, and finally match candidates to their clients.
  • Provide and advice to both clients and candidates on salary levels, training requirements and career opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field.
  • At least 1 year of direct experience in Recruitment industry will be considered first.
  • Other experience in HRM, Sales & Marketing or Customer Service appreciated. 
  • Self-confident with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Be able to work under pressure and deal with unexpected situations.
  • Very good command in English, oral and written; TOEIC Score of 600 up would be a plus.
  • Computer literacy.
