POSITION: Lead Logistics, Warehousing & EXIM
LOCATION: WHA Rayong Industrial Estate, Zone R1, Nong Lalok Subdistrict, Ban Khai District, Rayong.

SALARY RANGE: 70,000 – 80,000 THB

Key responsibilities:
- Execute timely dispatch of Capsules in order to meet the target as per cost, quality, delivery norms with required documentation procedures. Co-ordination with Sales, Operations, QA and Logistic vendors to perform target despatches
- Support Operations & Sales in planning & scheduling monthly dispatches in order to meet business sales target, as well as keeping the logistics costs in control.
- Oversee all import/export business, drive continuous logistic process improvement to increase efficiency
- Ensure customs clearance in accordance with Customs policy.
- Lead to improve warehouse operation & process efficiency.
- Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision
- Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations
- Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization
- Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures
- Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements
- Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security
- Liaise with clients, suppliers and transport companies
- Plan work rotas, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results
- Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided
- Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system
- Co-ordinates with sales and manufacturing for preparation of daily, weekly and monthly dispatch plan and monitors execution of the plan.
- Monitor & Review Dispatch Plan Vs Dipping schedule on weekly basis in order to achieve monthly Dispatch Targets.
- Review resources planning to ensure Dispatch continuity.
- Any new requirement regarding dispatch to be informed to team so that it is implemented correctly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- To ensure AC Vans & Container are provided with necessary documents before they are released from factory premises in order to avoid detention in transit.
- To ensure proper & necessary information regarding dispatch orders is given to concern CSR /Sales.
- Monitor and review cGMP (GMP,GDP) practices in order to follow regulatory compliances.
- Weekly meeting with Transporters in view with further requirements & vehicle planning to ensure dispatch continuity.
- Weekly audit on Temperature graph & Bills submitted by transporters to ensure proper SOP is followed.
- To ensure weekly Sales Hold is discussed & informed to Sales for timely clearance & to keep control on inventory levels.
- Inventory Aging report to be shared with HOD & Finance.
- Ensure zero non-compliances in Internal and External audits for Business continuity
Internal process
- Ensures SOPs are followed for dispatch activities.
- Order execution compliances and commercial clearances for Dispatch with back office.
- Manages and updates daily, weekly, and monthly MIS on dispatch status.
- Monitoring all Documents with zero error in declaration.
- Comply with all legal, documentation requirements.
- To support implementation of digital transformation and advanced SCM technologies.
- Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report
Vendor management
- Enables vendor evaluation periodically & improves the vendor performance.
People development
- Focus on achievement of desired results of key People Processes and enhancing Organizational &
- Functional Capabilities Ensuring development of associates to perform their roles & responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Warehouse, Logistics, Dispatch, Import/Export, or Supply Chain Management
- Proven experience in team leadership and cross-functional management
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, transportation, import/export processes, and customs regulations
- Knowledge of GMP, GDP, SOP, and quality/safety standards is an advantage
- Strong planning, cost control, and process improvement skills
- Good analytical skills with experience in ERP / SAP / WMS systems and Microsoft Office
- Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Strong leadership, high responsibility, and ability to work well under pressure
